Yes, you can. You can change or cancel your order 12 hours prior to the scheduled ship date. You can return the original order to us once it has been dispatched — once we receive it, we'll either send you the order you've chosen or cancel it and give you a store credit. Dog treats, cat treats, or dog food may not be returned for any reason.

Yes, of course you can track your order. Just go to the menu and click on "Track my order." Then enter the order number we gave you when you placed your order, and you'll get an overview of the status of your order.
